先將焊接好的網(wǎng)罩主骨架放入夾具模具中，直接布好網(wǎng)線于夾具模中并收緊，然后放置上網(wǎng)罩平面圍邊排焊機(jī)指定位置并對(duì)準(zhǔn)需要排焊的網(wǎng)罩主骨架上，開(kāi)啟開(kāi)關(guān)即可自動(dòng)一次性排焊好單支網(wǎng)罩主骨架上的平面圍邊排焊，在選擇排焊順序時(shí)，請(qǐng)采用“十”字對(duì)角排焊的依次順序排焊，確保成品的圓弧度均勻。

本機(jī)控制器系統(tǒng)采用日本三菱PLC，操作面板采用人機(jī)對(duì)話界面，界面為中英文（可選）顯示，采用單片機(jī)集成電路控制、高精密度拔碼式開(kāi)關(guān)、焊接初級(jí)回路采用雙向水冷可控硅控制等先進(jìn)技術(shù)，從而更能保證電流輸出平穩(wěn)、可靠。并采用優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)、高導(dǎo)電磁材料制作，致使設(shè)備在空載時(shí)損耗低、功率輸出更強(qiáng)勁、穩(wěn)定、壽命更長(zhǎng)。
